David Irons
Founder & Classic Car Specialist
David's passion for classic motor cars runs deep within the family. His grandfather operated a small classic car restoration business, while his father pursued the craft as a dedicated hobbyist, earning numerous medals and awards for his restorations. Among his achievements was second place at the prestigious national Benson & Hedges Concours event with a beautifully restored 1948 Rover P3 75. Growing up surrounded by classic cars, David gained invaluable experience from both his father and grandfather. He later completed a five-year apprenticeship with a local Ford main dealer in the early 1980s, achieving City & Guilds qualifications and gaining comprehensive knowledge across all aspects of the motor trade. Today, with more than 40 years of experience, David possesses a deep understanding of classic vehicles - not only their beauty and heritage but also their mechanical, electrical, bodywork, paintwork, interior, and finishing details. Throughout his career he has sourced and supplied a wide range of classic cars, from rare and unusual models to some of the most desirable examples on the market. His commitment to quality, honesty, and personal service has resulted in a loyal clientele of satisfied customers, many of whom have become lifelong friends
